With more protein and jalapeno spice than your original black bean dip- you’ll love the healthy twist to this Black Bean dip.



  • 425grams of black beans. Its your choice (and my preference) to soak them.  You can also purchase them in a can.
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup of Almond butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cumin
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of filtered water



Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
Add more water until desired consistency is reached
Makes approx 350mls
Will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days
