The addition of Maca to homemade protein balls is another way to incorporate them into your diet.
As the warmer months so welcomingly start to move in on us, an icy cold Maca Smoothie is always a mid morning favourite at our place.

Be careful- Maca is 60% carbohydrate with a mere 10% protein content, with the remaining nutrients coming from healthy fatty acids.
