Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 green onion (scallion)
150grams of dried chorizo, or cooked bacon
75 grams of shredded cheese
1 Tablespoon of green pesto
Salt and pepper
Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 180°
Chop green onion and meat
Whisk eggs together with seasoning and pesto. Add the cheese and stir.
Place the batter in muffin tins and add the meat
Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the muffin tins
