Ingredients
- 2 Cups trimmed watercress
- 1/2 Cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/4 Cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Method
Combine all ingredients in a food processor
Scrape the mixture into a bowl or serving dish.
Cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight
