We need 30grams of pure protein minimum per serve to obtain enough leucine for muscle and protein synthesis within the body.  Any less than this amount of leucine- less than that 30grams of pure protein and we do not get protein synthesis within the body, the protein we eat turns to calories only.
(Professor Donald Layman; Head of The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)

220 grams of beef contains 31grams of protein
Hence this meal serves two! (with a little extra left, over)

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
1 inch of fresh turmeric root (I used 2 Tablespoons of Turmeric paste)
1.5 inch of fresh ginger
1 medium brown onion
1.5 – 2 cups Broccoli- finely chopped
1.5 cups of Rocket or Spinach
½ cup Mushrooms- chopped
½ cup Parsley- flat leaf, chopped
500grams organic beef mince
1 x Tablespoon Chinese Five Spice
1 x teaspoon Cayenne powder
½ teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1 Tablespoon red chilli flakes

Method
Prepare your vegetables by chopping the broccoli, mushrooms, parsley and onion.
Grate the turmeric and ginger
Warm the coconut oil over medium heat.  Add ginger, turmeric and onion- sauté for 1-2 mins.
Add broccoli, leafy greens, mushrooms and parsley to the pan- yes, before the meat.  Continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Break apart the beef mince and stir into vegetables, add Chinese five spice and cayenne pepper and chili pepper flakes.  Stir well.  Continue to sauté continually stirring until broccoli is bright green and remains crunchy- only takes about 5 mins.  Add salt and pepper.
Serve warm with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
