BEETROOT & ZUCCHINI HUMMUS

Ingredients:
Zucchini peeled- 3 cups / 450grams
Beetroot 1 Cup- 280grms
Almonds- soaked ½ cup
Tahini- 1/3 cup
Coconut Balsamic 1 Tablespoon
Garlic cloves- 2
Cumin- 2 teaspoons
Himalayan Salt- 1 teaspoon

Method:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend still smooth
